Attending a Board Meeting
Board meetings happen on the third Tuesday of every month. Contact Management for the time and location of the meeting you are interested in attending.
Homeowners are welcome to attend the first 15 minutes of Board Meetings to address the Board. We welcome feedback, questions, concerns, opinion and ideas.
Please email the Board below if you plan on attending. We appreciate knowing we should expect you and what you might like to discuss so we can prepare for any questions. No pressure, walk-ins welcome!

Interested in serving on the Board?
We are always looking for volunteers to help with the management of our homeowners association. If you are interested in learning more about serving on the board, please contact the Board via our website. There will be more information posted there in the coming months.
Mailboxes
The Board is currently researching the process of replacing our mailboxes. We plan to update 5 out of the 6 mailboxes that service our community. The Board will communicate with Homeowners about the transition process as we get closer to replacement.
Governing Documents
Windcrest Homeowners Association is approaching its 50 year anniversary, and the Board feels it's time to update the documents that govern our community. We are currently reviewing the documents for relevant changes and will be sending them to Homeowners for review and vote.
Grills and Fires
The Board would like to extend a HUGE thank you to our Grill Master homeowners who complied with the request to move grills to a safer location off of our decks. Our insurance company has lowered our rates for this year due to this group effort. More info will be shared at our annual meeting.
